Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads (guides, templates, checklists, and email files). Because they are delivered instantly and can't be returned once accessed, the following terms apply.

Your 14-day cancellation right (UK / EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once you start downloading or accessing the product — provided you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel by doing so. You give this consent at checkout before completing your purchase.

This means: if you have not yet downloaded or opened the product, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Once you have accessed it, the cooling-off right no longer applies.

We'll always refund you if

  • The product is faulty, broken, or not as described.
  • You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
  • A technical delivery issue prevents you from accessing what you paid for and we can't resolve it.

These rights apply regardless of where you live. If a product genuinely isn't what we promised, we'll make it right.

Buyers outside the UK / EU

If you are in the US, Canada, Australia, or elsewhere, your local consumer laws may give you additional rights. We honour the faulty / not-as-described / duplicate-charge refunds above for all customers worldwide.

How to request a refund

Email info@aiforbusinessautomationandgrowth.com with your order email, the product name, and the reason. We aim to respond within a few working days.

If you purchase through a third-party platform (e.g. Lemon Squeezy), their own refund rules and processes may also apply. This page is for general information and is not legal advice.
